Volunteer With Children
Help a child improve their literacy skills, develop a love for reading, and succeed in school.
After-School Tutor
Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with children to help them become successful readers.
Summer Volunteer
Read with students and help out during activities to support learning retention over the summer months.
You can provide academic and social-emotional support to school-age children as they learn and grow.

Volunteer with Youth
Play an important role in the life of a teen and celebrate their growth as they build a foundation for success, both in school and in life. As a mentor in our TEAM program, you will receive training as well as support from community of mentors at Aryabhatta Foundation
Mentor (7th–9th Grade)
Work 1-on-1 with a student to help them develop good study habits and life skills as they move from middle school to high school.
Ideal Commitment: 1 day/week (Mon, 6:00–7:30 pm) during the academic year
Mentor (10th–12th Grade)
Provide that extra layer of support a student needs to graduate from high school and explore college and career options.
Ideal Commitment: 1 day/week (Wed, 6:00–8:00 pm) during the academic year
Intern

Ideal Commitment: At least 2 days/week, 2-3 hours/day
Volunteer With Adults
Looking to help out? Here’s how you can support and stand in solidarity with immigrants in our community.
Virtual Citizenship Workshop Assistant
Assist citizenship applicants with legal screening and application preparation.
If you enjoy helping others and would like to build connections with folks in our community, sign up to volunteer in our Community Literacy program.

The Aryabhatta foundation members serve as ambassadors for Aryabhatta foundation, working together to raise funds and awareness for our programs and services.
Aryabhatta foundation Board Member
Members will provide support to the organization by fundraising through Associate Board events, individual donations, in-kind gift solicitation and corporate support. Additionally, members will help identify new individuals and institutions that can support Aryabhatta foundation. All members will work closely with Aryabhatta foundation Development and Communications staff to keep well informed on Aryabhatta foundation and Board matters and meet the Board’s goals.
